About Anne-Kristin Vaudour

Who is…
Anne-Kristin Vaudour

I grew up behind the Iron Curtain in East Germany and have since spent more than thirty years living and working across Europe and Asia. I've been a journalist, worked in luxury jewellery, and moved through art, design and psychology.

What began as an exploration of the outer world gradually turned inward: to the psyche, to symbolism, archetypes and dreams, and to the stories that shape how we understand ourselves.

Today I live in Singapore and work as a coach, writer and artist. I meet people at thresholds: moments of change, when an old story no longer fits and a new one hasn't yet taken shape.

What I Do

What this work opens up

◉

Deepen Self-Awareness

Understand the unconscious patterns, inner conflicts and hidden narratives shaping your life, and discover who you are beneath expectations, conditioning and inherited roles.

◉

Expand Creativity

Access the symbolic and imaginative intelligence of the psyche to see new possibilities, make unexpected connections and reconnect with your natural creative potential.

◉

Find Meaning & Purpose

Move beyond disorientation and aimlessness by truly understanding who you are, what drives you, and the unique role you are here to play.

My World

Where coaching meets creativity

♢

Jungian Coaching

Much of what truly defines us lies within. Through dreams, symbols and Active Imagination, we explore this inner territory.

Art & Symbols

Art and dreams reveal what often stays outside our awareness. Symbols help us read their messages.
