My Approach
Most of us learn how to navigate the outer world. Few are taught how to read the inner one: the subconscious landscape of the psyche that shapes our actions, decisions, relationships and sense of what is possible.
I work with people who want to go deeper, often at a threshold in their lives. Through dreams, symbols and archetypes, we explore what the rational mind alone cannot yet see, so you can understand the patterns holding you back, recognise what is trying to emerge, and make more conscious choices about what comes next.
My work is rooted in Jungian analytical psychology and draws on Active Imagination, word association, reflective enquiry and narrative coaching. Years as a journalist, artist and designer trained my eye for symbols, patterns and hidden connections. Living across diverse cultures in Europe and Asia taught me something deeper: that every culture carries its own symbols, stories and ways of seeing, and that none of them is the only way to understand the world.
Today, I bring this symbolic way of thinking to the psyche, following the clues in dreams, images and associations to uncover the deeper narratives shaping your thoughts, choices and behaviour.
The shift is from being shaped by unconscious patterns to becoming a more conscious author of your life, and discovering the inner gold that was there all along.
